Cancellation Policy

  • Notice of cancellation must be given in writing to kea@londocor.co.za.
  • Cancellations received by 13 February 2027, will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received from 14 February 2027, will incur a 100% cancellation fee
  • All refunds will be processed after the congress, subject to approval by the Organising Committee, which reserves the right to decline refund requests.
